CardBud products are consumer electronic tracking devices designed to help locate personal items using Apple's Find My network. CardBud is not a medical device, safety device, or personal security device. CardBud should not be relied upon as the sole means of locating or securing valuables. CardBud is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. Apple, Find My, and AirTag are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.

Pricing and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or credit card provider will automatically convert the charge to your local currency at their prevailing exchange rate. Any currency conversion fees charged by your financial institution are your responsibility.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

We accept payment via major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay, as processed through our payment providers Stripe and PayPal.

Orders

Order Acceptance

Placing an order on our Site constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion. Orders may be refused or cancelled for reasons including but not limited to:

• Product availability issues
• Errors in product or pricing information
• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
• Orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors
• Multiple orders placed for quantities that exceed reasonable personal use

If your order is cancelled, you will be notified and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Order Modifications

Once an order has been placed, modifications may not be possible if the order has already entered processing or shipment. Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@getcardbud.com if you need to make changes to your order.

All content on the CardBud website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, trademarks, and software, is the property of CardBud or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The CardBud name, logo, and the CardBud● mark are trademarks of CardBud. Unauthorized use of any CardBud trademarks is strictly prohibited.

• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers or personal information
• Any failure of the product to locate or track an item
• Any interruption or cessation of service

In no event shall CardBud's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to our Site or products exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
