At CardBud, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

100-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 100-day money-back guarantee on all CardBud products. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund within 100 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at hello@getcardbud.com with your order number and reason for return.

Return Conditions

  • Products may be returned in used or unused condition within 100 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible.
  • Returns are accepted free of charge; however, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. CardBud does not provide prepaid return labels.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns, as CardBud is not responsible for items lost in transit during the return process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your CardBud product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@getcardbud.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will ship a replacement to you at no charge and cover all associated shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers must be returned in accordance with that retailer's return policy.
