CardBud offers worldwide shipping on all orders. We are committed to delivering your products quickly and reliably, no matter where you are.
Free Worldwide Shipping
All CardBud orders qualify for free worldwide shipping with no minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
Estimated Delivery Times
We offer express shipping on all orders:
- United States: 2-5 business days
- Canada: 3-5 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 3-5 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 3-5 business days
- Middle East: 2-5 business days
- Rest of World: 2-5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, local customs processing, and carrier conditions. CardBud is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page at getcardbud.com/pages/track-order.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, customs and import duties may be applied by your country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in CardBud's product prices or shipping fees.
CardBud has no control over customs charges and cannot predict the amount that may be charged. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information regarding duties and taxes for your region.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of checkout. CardBud is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to reship the order.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information indicates that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us at hello@getcardbud.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date and we will work with you to find a resolution.
